WHAT THEY LEARNED: Robert Brooks ’14
Robert Brooks is looking toward a career in healthcare, but his desire to help people through science was partially inspired by his senior thesis, “Epigenetic Inheritance in a C. elegans Model of Increased Second Generational bli-5 Penetrance,” which studied C. elegans, a worm model organism.
An Alumna’s Tasty Shakespeare Project
The Missoula Oblongata, an experimental theater company co-founded by Sarah Lowry ’05, is presenting its fourth collaborative Shakespeare project, a five-company re-imagining of Antony and Cleopatra (complete with desserts), this week in a secret location.

On Sunday, May 15, 299 students graduated from the college, becoming the latest group of alumni in its 178-year history. Commencement 2011, which was held indoors at the Field House due to the damp weather, was filled with celebration, nostalgia, family, friends and even a few celebrities.
