Her position will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including working as a lab assistant and helping in the classroom. The American School of Bilbao, Reid says, “wants to provide an American education in Spain, but it includes aspects of the Basque culture. It is a very small school, with the goal of giving a personalized education.” As she shares scientific knowledge with students, Reid will have the opportunity to learn about international education while immersed in Spanish culture.
