An alumni cricket match on campus inspired 20 former Haverford College players to put on their whites and come out to Cope Field on Saturday (April 26).  On that same day, the College team—the only varsity cricket team in the nation—triumphed over Germantown Cricket Club by 13 runs to win the first of its six matches in this year’s Philadelphia International Cricket Festival. The Festival ends on Sunday with final matches at the Germantown Cricket Club.
