This past weekend marked one of the most highly anticipated events on the College’s annual calendar: Haverfest. It’s two days of music, food and inflatable “rides” (e.g., the Moonbounce) on Founders Green to celebrate the end of classes. This year’s event had a Dr. Seuss theme and included a petting zoo, sets by student bands, DJs, a comedy revue and a huge concert in Founders Hall featuring rappers The Five One, Smoke DZA, Freddie Gibbs and Big K.R.I.T. The hot air balloon rides were cancelled due to high winds, but from the looks of it, that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits.
